Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze current production processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement process optimization strategies to enhance quality, yield, and throughput.
- Collaborate with production teams to establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices.
- Conduct root cause analysis on production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to track process performance.
- Support the introduction of new products and technologies into the production line.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in a process engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of process improvement tools (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) is preferred.
- Proficiency in data analysis and statistical process control (SPC).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Willingness to work in Binan City, Laguna and adapt to shifting schedules if needed.
