Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify process variances and performance gaps.
- Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes to enhance output efficiency.
- Lead root-cause analysis and troubleshooting efforts to resolve production downtime issues.
- Ensure all operational activities strictly comply with local safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of process modifications, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and test results.
- Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to execute equipment upgrades and process optimizations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure production targets are consistently met.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with a strong academic background are encouraged to apply.
