Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues encountered in the production line, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Monitor and control critical process parameters to maintain product quality and consistency.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) to identify the underlying causes of defects and inefficiencies.
- Develop and implement process improvements and corrective action plans to enhance production efficiency.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to enforce quality standards and specifications.
- Document process changes, maintain technical reports, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Train production staff on new processes and safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a process engineering or manufacturing role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on quality improvement.
- Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO standards) is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in using engineering software and data analysis tools.
