We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Process Engineer to join our world-class manufacturing team at our General Trias City, Cavite facility.
What You Will Do
In this dynamic role, you will be at the forefront of our operational excellence journey. You will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and championing innovative process technologies to enhance our production capabilities. You will serve as a key technical expert, collaborating closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and R&D teams to ensure optimal performance.
Your primary focus will be to analyze current manufacturing processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend appropriate process conditions for new and improved products to Management. You will lead troubleshooting efforts for complex process deviations, utilize statistical analysis to drive data-backed decisions, and spearhead continuous improvement projects aimed at reducing costs, increasing yields, and improving safety. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, assess, and evaluate technological innovations and improvements for existing manufacturing processes.
- Recommend appropriate process conditions, parameters, and equipment settings for new and enhanced product lines to Management.
- Lead and manage process optimization projects to improve yield, reduce waste, and enhance overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
- Conduct rigorous data analysis and root cause investigations to resolve complex production issues and implement permanent corrective actions.
- Develop and update process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure all products meet stringent quality standards and specifications.
- Provide technical training and mentorship to production operators and junior engineers to build team capability.
- Ensure all process activities strictly adhere to safety, health, and environmental regulations and company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related field.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food & beverage, packaging, or industrial sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Proven experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Green/Black Belt certification is a plus).
- Highly proficient in process troubleshooting, statistical process control (SPC), and process simulation software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Keen attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality and safety standards.
- Willing to work in General Trias City, Cavite, and amenable to shifting schedules if required.
