Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the pilot plant systems.
- Develop, implement, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure operational excellence.
- Monitor production metrics and process parameters to identify areas for efficiency improvement.
- Conduct process optimization studies and scale-up trials in collaboration with R&D teams.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations on site.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve product quality.
- Train and mentor junior engineering staff on safety protocols and engineering best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in process engineering or manufacturing operations.
- Strong understanding of process control, quality assurance, and process optimization.
- Proficiency in engineering software and data analysis tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure industrial setting.
- Valid Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) license is highly preferred.
