Tanggung Jawab
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives in refinery, fractionation, and packing plant operations
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all production processes
- Monitor and optimize production efficiency while maintaining quality standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the production line
- Conduct process audits and recommend improvements for operational excellence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
- Train production staff on new processes and procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in the edible oil industry
- Strong knowledge of refinery and fractionation processes
- Experience with process optimization and improvement methodologies
- Familiarity with quality control and assurance standards
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in process simulation software and engineering tools
