Tanggung Jawab
- Design and document manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce production cycle times.
- Analyze existing machining workflows to identify bottlenecks and implement cost-effective solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to oversee the transition of new products from design to full-scale production.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track process reliability and product quality standards.
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and provide technical training to production staff.
- Ensure all manufacturing activities comply with safety regulations and environmental sustainability guidelines.
- Manage equipment calibration, maintenance schedules, and process troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience in a machining or precision manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and familiarity with CNC programming principles.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to root cause analysis and problem-solving.
- Solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- A proactive mindset with a strong commitment to industrial safety and precision engineering.
