Greenstone Packaging Corporation is seeking a skilled Process Engineer to join our manufacturing team in General Trias City, Cavite. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in optimizing our production workflows, ensuring the highest standards of product quality, and driving sustainable growth through waste reduction and continuous improvement initiatives.
As a Process Engineer, you will serve as the technical backbone of our operations, bridging the gap between innovative concepts and efficient execution on the factory floor. You will be tasked with evaluating existing processes, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing data-driven solutions to enhance machine efficiency and minimize downtime. Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Implement and monitor continuous improvement projects (Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma) to minimize material waste.
- Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and develop corrective/preventive actions.
- Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all manufacturing equipment and lines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Maintenance and Quality Assurance, to ensure seamless production cycles.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare technical reports on production yields and output.
- Oversee equipment calibration and performance testing to ensure compliance with company quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Must be a Licensed Engineer (PRC board passer preferred).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment.
- Proven knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and Root Cause Analysis tools.
- Strong technical proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, or similar engineering software.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing setting in Cavite.
