Are you an experienced Process Engineer looking for a challenging role in the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) industry? Zachry Group is seeking a dedicated professional to lead our project development efforts. In this pivotal position, you will guide projects from the initial conceptual phase through to technical procurement, detailed design, and final construction. You will be responsible for ensuring technical excellence, managing project documentation, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions. This is a contract opportunity for a driven individual who wants to make a significant impact on critical infrastructure development and process optimization.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end project development process from conceptualization through detailed design and EPC phases.
- Oversee technical procurement processes to ensure all materials and services meet engineering standards and specifications.
- Conduct feasibility studies and process optimization analysis to enhance project efficiency.
- Manage the preparation and review of technical reports, drawings, and process flow diagrams (PFD/PID).
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project milestones are met and safety protocols are maintained.
- Ensure strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations throughout all project stages.
- Provide technical support and guidance during the construction and commissioning phases.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Proven experience in the EPC sector, specifically in project management and design.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, P&ID, and other design tools.
- Strong understanding of process engineering principles and safety systems.
- Valid Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
