Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and optimize manufacturing processes to improve yield, reduce cycle time, and eliminate waste.
- Lead root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions for process deviations.
- Develop, maintain, and update process documentation including PFMEA, Control Plans, and Work Instructions.
- Manage process validation activities including Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ).
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) by designing and scaling processes from development to full production.
- Utilize Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to drive Kaizen events and continuous improvement projects.
- Collaborate with Quality, Production, and Maintenance teams to ensure effective process safety and quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent).
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a Process Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC), process capability analysis, and statistical tools (e.g., Minitab).
- Proven experience in process validation, FMEA, and creating technical documentation.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and data-driven problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Must be willing to work in the Woodlands area. Company transport is provided.
