Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute technical solutions for complex L0–L3+ projects.
- Collaborate with senior engineering associates to troubleshoot and optimize production processes.
- Conduct site assessments and technical audits to ensure compliance with global safety and quality standards.
- Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including process flow diagrams and equipment specifications.
- Participate in cross-functional project teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes.
- Analyze performance data to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide technical support and expertise to clients during project implementation and commissioning.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Process Engineering.
- 3–5 years of experience in food and beverage or related industrial process engineering.
- Proficiency in process simulation software and CAD tools.
- Strong understanding of production automation and control systems (PLC/SCADA).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on operational excellence.
