Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop water and wastewater treatment processes that meet client requirements and regulatory standards
- Oversee plant operations and ensure optimal performance of treatment systems
- Lead the commissioning of new treatment facilities and process modifications
- Implement process monitoring systems to ensure treatment efficiency and compliance
- Conduct regular process audits and recommend improvements for operational efficiency
- Prepare technical documentation including process flow diagrams, specifications, and operating procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues
- Stay updated with industry advancements and incorporate best practices into treatment designs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in water/wastewater treatment design and plant operations
- Strong knowledge of treatment processes including coagulation, flocculation, sedimentation, filtration, and disinfection
- Experience with process monitoring systems and data analysis
- Familiarity with environmental regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is an advantage
