Join Swancor Ind (M) Sdn Bhd as a Process Engineer and drive operational excellence in our manufacturing operations. This critical role involves monitoring production workflows, identifying optimization opportunities, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and product quality. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot process bottlenecks, ensure compliance with safety protocols, and maintain smooth manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will leverage engineering expertise to reduce costs, improve throughput, and foster a culture of continuous improvement in our dynamic production environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and analyze production processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Develop and implement process optimization strategies to enhance operational efficiency
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and environmental regulations in all manufacturing activities
- Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to resolve production issues
- Document and standardize operating procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing processes
- Conduct regular process audits and performance analysis
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing principles
- Train production staff on new processes and equipment operation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in process engineering within manufacturing
- Strong analytical skills with ability to troubleshoot complex production issues
- Knowledge of process optimization techniques and quality control systems
- Familiarity with industry safety standards (OSHA, ISO) and environmental regulations
- Proficiency in process simulation software and data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Proven track record of implementing successful process improvements
