Tanggung Jawab
- Optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, yield, and product quality
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process controls
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with R&D to translate new technologies into scalable production processes
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and ISO quality standards
- Mentor production teams on process optimization and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in process engineering or manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
- Proficiency in process simulation tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Minitab)
- Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and root cause analysis
- Excellent problem-solving and cross-functional communication skills
- Familiarity with semiconductor or electronics manufacturing processes
