As a Process Engineer, you will play a crucial role in optimizing production lines, ensuring high-quality standards, and driving efficiency in our Bayan Lepas facility.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency and yield.
- Analyze production data and statistical process control (SPC) charts to identify trends and root causes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturing issues and reduce scrap.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for process deviations and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all manufacturing processes.
- Train operators on new processes, safety protocols, and quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in PCBA or electronics manufacturing process engineering.
- Familiarity with SPC, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and DOE.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
