Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Design, implement, and optimize production processes for electric vehicle components and assemblies
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate new technologies and materials into manufacturing processes
- Conduct process capability studies and statistical analysis to ensure quality standards
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including lean manufacturing and Six Sigma projects
- Train production staff on new processes and ensure adherence to established procedures
- Monitor process performance metrics and implement corrective actions when necessary
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in automotive or EV manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies
- Proficiency in process simulation and optimization software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Arena)
- Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and quality management systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Knowledge of electric vehicle manufacturing processes is a plus
