Tanggung Jawab
- Optimize manufacturing processes for composite materials to improve efficiency and product quality
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production workflows
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with R&D to translate new materials and designs into scalable production processes
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Train production staff on new processes and equipment operation
- Monitor process KPIs and prepare regular performance reports
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Materials Science
- Minimum 2 years of experience in process engineering or manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of composite materials processing techniques
- Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., ANSYS, SolidWorks)
- Experience with root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
