We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Process Engineer to join the growing team at Megaforce Sdn Bhd. In this role, you will take ownership of our production workflows, driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure the highest standards of product quality. You will act as a bridge between engineering concepts and practical manufacturing applications.
As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for analyzing existing processes, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing innovative solutions. Your work will directly impact our operational excellence and safety culture. Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze current production processes to identify areas for optimization, cost reduction, and quality enhancement.
- Develop, implement, and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent production output.
- Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures and production defects to implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to schedule preventive maintenance and reduce unplanned downtime.
- Ensure full compliance with local safety regulations, environmental standards, and ISO quality requirements.
- Prepare detailed reports on process performance metrics, including efficiency, yield, and scrap rates.
- Train and guide production staff on new process technologies and safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in process engineering within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in using engineering software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or process simulation tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret technical data.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
