Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and optimize mineral processing plant operations to maximize yield and minimize operational costs.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent production quality and safety compliance.
- Conduct regular process audits and performance data analysis to identify bottlenecks and efficiency gaps.
- Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to troubleshoot equipment issues and oversee plant upgrades.
- Manage technical documentation, including process flow diagrams (PFDs) and piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs).
- Ensure all engineering activities adhere to environmental regulations and company health, safety, and environment (HSE) protocols.
- Provide technical support and training to junior staff and plant operators to enhance operational knowledge.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or a related field.
- Valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) license for Engineers.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in process engineering, preferably within the mining or heavy industrial sector.
- Strong knowledge of mineral processing techniques, material handling, and chemical process control.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, SAP, or process simulation tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a site-based environment and adapt to operational schedules.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
