Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and analyze production line performance to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement process controls, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and validation protocols.
- Conduct root cause analysis for production defects and implement corrective actions to minimize yield loss.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D and Quality Assurance, to introduce new technologies.
- Utilize statistical process control (SPC) tools to maintain product quality standards.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the facility.
- Train production staff on new processes and safety protocols to enhance operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in process engineering, preferably within the semiconductor or electronics manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of process optimization, lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma principles.
- Proficiency in using engineering simulation software and data analysis tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and coordinate with diverse teams.
- Valid Malaysian driving license (often required for site access in Klang).
