Tanggung Jawab
- Optimize ceramic molding processes to improve production efficiency and reduce waste
- Develop and implement process control systems to ensure consistent product quality
- Conduct root cause analysis for production defects and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve production targets and deadlines
- Design and execute process validation protocols for new manufacturing techniques
- Monitor key performance indicators and prepare regular improvement reports
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing process engineering
- Strong knowledge of ceramic molding processes and materials
- Proficiency in process simulation and optimization tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
- Experience with quality control methodologies (ISO 9001, Six Sigma)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with data-driven approach
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
