Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, configure, and optimize industrial processes from inception through to startup and certification.
- Analyze and interpret data to identify bottlenecks and implement cost-effective, high-yield solutions.
- Monitor and troubleshoot production equipment to ensure continuous, safe, and efficient operations.
- Standardize operational procedures and ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including maintenance and production, to support facility upgrades and new product trials.
- Prepare detailed process documentation, technical reports, and operating manuals.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, Six Sigma) to reduce waste and improve product quality.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven work experience as a Process Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of process simulation software and CAD tools.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical and chemical processing systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with ISO quality standards and safety management systems.
- Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia is highly preferred.
