Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and monitor engineering activities to ensure alignment with operational goals and project timelines.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve process bottlenecks to improve manufacturing yield and throughput.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D and Production, to implement process improvements and new product introductions.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and technical documentation to ensure process consistency.
- Conduct data analysis to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage equipment calibration and maintenance scheduling to ensure optimal production efficiency.
- Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for production issues.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent).
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the electronics or semiconductor industry.
- Proficiency in process improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficient in MS Office suite and familiarity with engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Minitab, or ERP systems).
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
