In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our system and process flows, from review and analysis to the development and implementation of strategic improvements.

Tanggung Jawab
- Review, analyze, and document current production and system processes to identify areas for enhancement.
- Develop and implement new process flows and workflows to optimize operational efficiency and reduce waste.
- Utilize Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including management and operations staff, to align process goals.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate detailed reports on process performance.
- Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and flowcharts.
- Train and support staff on new process implementations to ensure smooth transitions and adoption.
- Identify and resolve technical issues within existing systems to maintain workflow integrity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in process engineering, industrial engineering, or a similar role within a manufacturing or technical environment.
- Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies, including Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and process diagrams.
- Proficient in using process mapping software and data analysis tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical teams.
- Willingness to work full-time and be based in Santa Cruz, Metro Manila.
