In this key position, you will leverage your deep understanding of product design, materials, and parts to drive operational excellence and enhance production efficiency.
As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying bottlenecks in the production line and implementing strategic solutions to streamline workflows. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and quality assurance, to ensure that our manufacturing processes meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Your expertise will help us maintain our competitive edge in the agrochemical industry by reducing waste, improving yield, and ensuring consistent product quality.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and evaluate manufacturing processes, equipment, and tooling to ensure optimal production output.
- Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to optimize product designs for manufacturability and cost-efficiency.
- Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/Six Sigma) to reduce cycle times and operational costs.
- Monitor process parameters and utilize statistical process control (SPC) to maintain quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in all manufacturing activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in process engineering, preferably within the FMCG or agrochemical industry.
- Strong knowledge of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and process design principles.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and data analysis tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- Valid professional engineering qualification (BEM registered preferred).
