Join Elite Material (Penang) Sdn. Bhd. as a Process Engineer and drive operational excellence in our manufacturing environment. You will spearhead process optimization initiatives to enhance yield, quality, and efficiency across production lines. This role requires a systematic approach to identifying bottlenecks, implementing lean manufacturing principles, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions, troubleshoot equipment issues, and maintain rigorous quality control protocols. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in reducing waste, improving throughput, and supporting continuous improvement projects that align with our company's growth objectives. Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and optimize production processes to maximize yield and minimize waste
- Develop and implement process improvement strategies using lean methodologies
- Collaborate with R&D to integrate new technologies and enhance product quality
- Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure team compliance
- Monitor process metrics and implement corrective actions for deviations
- Train production staff on new processes and quality standards
- Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and implement solutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in process engineering or manufacturing
- Proficiency in process simulation tools (e.g., Aspen HYSYS) and statistical analysis
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles
- Experience with ISO 9001 and other quality management systems
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
