Pegatron, a global leader in the electronics manufacturing services (EMS) industry, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Process Engineer to join our dynamic team in Kulai, Johor. As a key player in our engineering department, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between design and production, ensuring our manufacturing processes are as efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality as possible.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform regular inspections and diagnostic tests on production equipment to ensure peak operational performance.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize unscheduled downtime and production bottlenecks.
- Optimize manufacturing processes by analyzing cycle times, yield rates, and material flow to enhance overall productivity.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for equipment failures and process deviations, performing root cause analysis (RCA) to prevent recurrence.
- Draft and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and technical documentation for equipment handling and process workflows.
- Collaborate with the R&D and Quality teams to facilitate smooth New Product Introduction (NPI) transitions.
- Monitor production metrics and provide regular reports to management regarding process efficiency and technical improvements.
- Ensure all engineering activities comply with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) standards and corporate policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the electronics or EMS sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of automated assembly lines and high-precision manufacturing equipment.
- Proficiency in diagnostic tools and engineering software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
- Demonstrated experience with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Six Sigma principles.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex technical data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to work effectively in a multicultural team.
- Willingness to work in Kulai, Johor and flexibility to support production requirements as needed.
