Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct product design rationality assessments to ensure manufacturability and cost-effectiveness
- Perform production operability evaluations to identify and resolve process bottlenecks
- Lead PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) to proactively mitigate risks
- Drive New Product Introduction (NPI) processes from concept to commercialization
- Develop and implement process optimization strategies to enhance productivity
- Collaborate with R&D and quality teams on continuous improvement initiatives
- Monitor process performance metrics and implement corrective actions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in process engineering within manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of PFMEA, NPI methodologies, and process optimization techniques
- Proficiency in process mapping, statistical analysis, and quality control systems
- Experience with CAD software and process simulation tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication abilities and cross-functional team collaboration experience
