We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to join Action Industries in Penang. In this pivotal role, you will take the lead in streamlining our production lines, reducing waste, and improving overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). You will act as a key liaison between engineering and operations, ensuring that our manufacturing processes meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement process improvement strategies to enhance manufacturing efficiency and output.
- Conduct thorough analysis of production data to identify bottlenecks and areas for optimization.
- Collaborate with production managers and technicians to troubleshoot equipment and process issues.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency in production.
- Monitor quality control metrics and recommend corrective actions to reduce defects.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and environmental compliance standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial) or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in process engineering, manufacturing systems, or production management.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in using engineering software and data analysis tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Minitab, or similar).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
