Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor process AE/Technician teams to achieve production targets
- Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for maximum efficiency
- Conduct root cause analysis of production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Develop standard operating procedures and process documentation
- Monitor process KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations
- Collaborate with R&D to integrate new technologies into production workflows
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in process engineering leadership
- Proven track record in process optimization and lean manufacturing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with production monitoring systems (MES/ERP)
- Certification in Six Sigma or similar methodology preferred
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
