Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and optimize complex industrial processes and flow diagrams (PFDs) and piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs).
- Monitor production operations to identify areas for efficiency improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Troubleshoot process deviations, equipment malfunctions, and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Conduct regular process safety audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance with OSHA and HSE regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including maintenance, operations, and procurement, to execute capital projects and equipment upgrades.
- Analyze production data and prepare detailed reports to support decision-making and process optimization strategies.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and operators on process parameters and safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in the chemical or manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., HYSYS, Aspen Plus) and CAD tools.
- Strong understanding of process control loops, instrumentation, and safety systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Valid Professional Engineer (BEM) registration is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams.
