Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, configure, and optimize industrial processes from inception through to startup and certification.
- Assess processes, take measurements, and interpret data to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
- Design, run, test, and upgrade systems and processes to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Develop best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output.
- Provide technical support to the production team to troubleshoot equipment and process-related issues.
- Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards (ISO/IATF).
- Manage cost and time constraints, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven work experience as a Process Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of process simulation and CAD software.
- Solid understanding of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional project teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management software.
