Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience in process engineering/manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of process optimization methodologies
- Proficiency in CAD software and process simulation tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with cost estimation and project planning
