Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for plastic products
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with R&D team to develop new products and improve existing ones
- Monitor production efficiency and implement strategies to improve productivity
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
- Train production staff on new processes and procedures
- Manage project timelines and deliverables for process improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in plastic manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of plastic manufacturing processes and equipment
- Proficiency in process simulation and optimization software
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong project management abilities with experience in cross-functional teams
- Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Certification in Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing is a plus
