Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentation
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Collaborate with R&D to integrate new technologies and innovative solutions
- Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and implement corrective actions
- Monitor process parameters using statistical process control techniques
- Train production staff on new processes and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in process engineering or manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in process simulation tools
- Familiarity with quality management systems (ISO 9001) and lean manufacturing principles
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and project management skills
- Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
