In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving manufacturing excellence by analyzing current production workflows and implementing strategic plans to improve efficiency, quality, and safety. You will act as a catalyst for continuous improvement, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and reduce waste.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and execute continuous improvement (CI) initiatives within the manufacturing plant.
- Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify root causes of inefficiencies.
- Design and implement process optimization strategies to reduce cycle time and material waste.
- Collaborate with R&D and operations teams to integrate new technologies into existing lines.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards, safety regulations, and quality control procedures.
- Train and mentor production staff on new process standards and methodologies.
- Conduct regular audits of manufacturing processes to ensure consistency and quality.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Process Engineering or Manufacturing role.
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab) and manufacturing software.
- Deep understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex machinery issues.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.
