In this role, you will be the backbone of our manufacturing operations, responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing complex manufacturing processes to achieve peak efficiency, superior quality, and cost-effectiveness.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot production bottlenecks, implement Lean manufacturing principles, and spearhead continuous improvement initiatives. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, document, and improve manufacturing processes to ensure maximum productivity and output.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions for process stabilization.
- Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to ensure equipment reliability and safety compliance.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and technical documentation.
- Lead continuous improvement projects using methodologies such as Six Sigma, Kaizen, or Lean Manufacturing.
- Conduct root cause analysis for production failures and implement long-term preventive measures.
- Manage process validation activities and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a process or manufacturing engineering role within a high-tech or industrial environment.
- Proficiency in CAD software and technical reporting tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience with root cause analysis tools (e.g., Fishbone, 5 Whys).
- Knowledge of ISO standards and manufacturing quality management systems.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex technical data.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
