Tanggung Jawab
- Design and optimize industrial processes for energy efficiency and carbon reduction
- Develop process control systems and standard operating procedures for BOOT/BOOM projects
- Conduct feasibility studies and simulations for decarbonization technologies
- Collaborate with sustainability teams to implement green manufacturing practices
- Monitor process performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards
- Support transition planning for existing facilities to sustainable operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering
- 3+ years of experience in process engineering or industrial optimization
- Strong knowledge of process simulation tools (Aspen HYSYS, MATLAB)
- Familiarity with decarbonization technologies and sustainability frameworks
- Experience with industrial-scale project implementation
- Certification in environmental management systems (ISO 14001) preferred
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
