Are you a detail-oriented engineer looking to drive operational excellence? Tera Data Indonusa is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Process Engineer to join our growing team in Cakung, Jakarta. In this role, you will be instrumental in analyzing, designing, and optimizing our production processes to ensure maximum efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
As a Process Engineer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks, implement process improvements, and maintain the highest standards of safety and technical performance. We are looking for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a strong analytical mindset to solve complex manufacturing challenges.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, configure, and optimize industrial processes from inception through to startup and certification.
- Assess processes, take measurements, and interpret data to identify areas for operational improvement.
- Design, run, test, and upgrade systems and processes to ensure high-quality output.
- Develop best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality management systems.
- Manage cost and time constraints for project delivery while overseeing equipment installation and maintenance.
- Provide technical support and training to production staff to ensure smooth process implementation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a Process Engineer in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of process simulation software and CAD tools.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical or industrial systems.
- Solid understanding of ISO standards, 5S, Kaizen, or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred.
