Are you a detail-oriented engineer looking to drive operational excellence in a fast-paced technology environment? Surya Technology is currently seeking a highly motivated Process Engineer to join our expanding team in Batam Kota. In this role, you will play a critical part in optimizing production workflows, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring the highest quality standards across our manufacturing processes.
As a Process Engineer, you will bridge the gap between technical innovation and practical production execution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks, implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/Six Sigma), and maintain robust process documentation. We are looking for an individual who is not only technically proficient but also passionate about contributing to our collaborative culture and long-term success.
Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and optimize existing manufacturing processes to increase yield and reduce operational costs.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for new and existing production lines.
- Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to troubleshoot technical issues and minimize equipment downtime.
- Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Perform data analysis to monitor process performance and identify key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
- Support the installation, commissioning, and validation of new machinery and production technologies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience in a manufacturing or process engineering role.
- Strong understanding of process automation, quality control systems, and production planning.
- Proficiency in CAD software and data analytical tools (e.g., Minitab, Excel, or SQL).
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team-based environment and adapt to changing project priorities.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
