- Analyze current manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement process optimization strategies to enhance productivity and reduce costs
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth implementation of new processes
- Conduct root cause analysis of production issues and implement corrective actions
- Prepare and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures
- Monitor process performance metrics and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement
- Work with quality assurance teams to ensure processes meet quality standards
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in process engineering
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in process engineering or manufacturing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in process simulation and optimization software
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Experience with CAD and process flow diagramming is a plus
