Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality
- Design and implement process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies
- Develop detailed process flow diagrams, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and control plans
- Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot equipment/process issues and implement corrective actions
- Conduct process capability studies and statistical analysis to validate process performance
- Lead continuous improvement projects from conception through implementation and measurement
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging manufacturing technologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering field
- Minimum 3 years of process engineering experience in manufacturing environments
- Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus, SolidWorks) and CAD tools
- Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex technical data
- Experience with FMEA, DOE, and statistical process control methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and cross-functional collaboration skills
