Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Develop detailed process documentation including SOPs, control plans, and PFMEA
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with quality assurance teams to ensure product compliance with industry standards
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
- Train production staff on new processes and equipment operation
- Monitor process KPIs and report performance metrics to management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing process engineering
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies
- Proficiency in process simulation tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
- Experience with automotive industry quality standards (IATF 16949)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with data-driven approach
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts effectively
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
