Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and optimize production parameters and machine settings for peak efficiency
- Lead yield improvement initiatives through data-driven process adjustments
- Implement defect reduction strategies to enhance product quality
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with maintenance teams on equipment calibration and upgrades
- Train production staff on new processes and quality standards
- Document process changes and maintain engineering documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of process engineering experience in manufacturing
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in process optimization tools
- Experience with Six Sigma or Lean methodologies preferred
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems
- Proficient in data analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
- Excellent problem-solving and root cause analysis abilities
- Effective communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
