Advanced Material Engineering is seeking a dedicated Process Engineer to join our dynamic team in the heart of Boon Lay. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the development phase of our projects, bridging the gap between innovative design and efficient mass production.
As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for optimizing workflows, troubleshooting technical bottlenecks, and ensuring that our production standards meet the highest quality benchmarks. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to refine manufacturing techniques, reduce operational costs, and improve overall product reliability. Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with the R&D team to transition new designs from development phase to full-scale production.
- Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce cycle times, and minimize waste.
- Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Design and maintain detailed process documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Monitor production metrics and utilize statistical process control (SPC) to maintain quality standards.
- Support equipment validation and qualification efforts to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a process or manufacturing engineering role.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, Excel, Python).
- Hands-on experience with process mapping, workflow optimization, and technical troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with ISO quality standards and environmental health and safety (EHS) regulations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- A proactive mindset with a keen interest in material science and innovative production technologies.
