Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and product quality
- Identify and resolve process bottlenecks through systematic analysis and problem-solving techniques
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all production processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and innovations
- Monitor process performance metrics and implement corrective actions when necessary
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in all processes
- Conduct root cause analysis for process failures and implement preventive measures
- Train production staff on new processes and procedures to ensure proper implementation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in process engineering or manufacturing environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts clearly
- Strong logical thinking and decision-making abilities with analytical mindset
- Proficiency in process simulation software and engineering tools
- Knowledge of quality management systems and process improvement methodologies
