PT Solunova Alami Indonesia is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Process Engineer to join our dynamic team in Kendal, Jawa Tengah. As a key member of our engineering department, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, managing complex engineering projects, and spearheading our transition toward Industry 4.0 standards.
The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise in machine installation and maintenance with a forward-thinking approach to process optimization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our manufacturing processes are efficient, safe, and aligned with global best practices. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee end-to-end engineering projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
- Manage the installation, commissioning, and validation of new manufacturing machinery and equipment.
- Develop and implement robust maintenance strategies (preventive and predictive) to maximize machine uptime.
- Drive Industry 4.0 initiatives, including the integration of IoT sensors and data analytics to optimize production lines.
- Analyze production workflows to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- Maintain compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and internal quality control protocols.
- Collaborate with operations and production teams to troubleshoot technical issues and provide rapid, effective solutions.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports and documentation for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing process engineering role.
- Strong technical knowledge of machine installation, automation, and industrial maintenance.
- Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies, SCADA systems, or PLC programming is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to lead projects and work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar technical design software.
- Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
