Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and continuously improve manufacturing processes to ensure high efficiency and superior product quality.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions to resolve process deviations.
- Develop and implement process control strategies tailored for Precision Cleaning operations.
- Collaborate closely with production and maintenance teams to troubleshoot equipment and resolve technical issues.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, process validation documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure strict compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
- Optimize resource utilization to minimize waste and reduce operational costs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in process engineering, preferably within the semiconductor or precision cleaning sector.
- Strong knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and data analysis tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Valid professional engineering registration (e.g., Board of Engineers Malaysia - BEM) is highly desirable.
