Tanggung Jawab
- Optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and product quality
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions
- Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical problems
- Monitor process performance using statistical process control (SPC) methods
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
- Train and mentor production staff on new processes and procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in process engineering or manufacturing
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in process simulation software and statistical analysis tools
- Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
