In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes to significantly improve efficiency, product quality, and workplace safety standards. As a key member of our engineering team, you will collaborate with cross-functional groups to troubleshoot complex issues, develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), and drive continuous improvement projects. Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze current manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for optimization to reduce costs and improve yield.
- Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent production quality.
- Conduct root cause analysis for production defects and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Lead and participate in Continuous Improvement (CI) and Lean Manufacturing initiatives to streamline operations.
- Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality management systems.
- Monitor production metrics, prepare detailed reports, and present data-driven insights to management.
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to introduce new technologies and equipment into the workflow.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in process engineering within the electronics or manufacturing industry.
- Strong working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and quality tools (e.g., FMEA, SPC).
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab) and process simulation software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts and adhere to strict safety protocols in a factory setting.
